For a person living with dementia, it is important to get advice from a doctor on the most appropriate type and intensity of exercise to do.<\/p>\n

Remember that any exercise is beneficial; it doesn\u2019t have to be a supervised exercise program if this is not available or it is difficult to organise. A person living with dementia will see great benefit from taking part in simple exercise, such as walking or dancing.
